What We Do Newton Community Education’s Mission We are a self-sustaining arm of the Newton Public Schools dedicated to your lifelong learning. NCE offer programs for everyone eager to explore—from toddlers to seniors—from Newton and beyond. When the school day ends, our classes begin, offering access to school facilities for community learning.
